Troubleshooting
There is no power
There is no backing
sound output
There is no voice
output
There is a
ringing/squealing
noise
1. Make sure your mic battery is charged.
2. Ensure the device is switched on correctly
1. Adjust the mic volume -/+ and music
volume v-/v+
2. Make sure the Bluetooth device is playing
and adjust the volume
3. Make sure that your Bluetooth device is in
effective range
4. Ensure that the Bluetooth device is paired
5. Make sure you have selected the correct
mode
6. The track format may be incompatible
ensure file format is MP3 (for USB and TF,
microSD card)
1. Adjust the Mic Input Volume -/+ Slider
Switch
2. Adjust the music volume v-/v+
1. Reduce the echo/reverb using the Echo +/-
slider
2. Reduce the Music volume and Mic volume.
3. Turn off the Magic Sound effect
