A minimum of Cisco IOS Software Release 12.3(14)T must be used with the router to support the new Cisco EtherSwitch service modules. The Cisco
EtherSwitch Service Module that operates independently of the host router must be loaded with a minimum of Release 12.2(25)EZ.

The Cisco EtherSwitch service modules use the same Cisco IOS Software images as the Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series switches in future Cisco
Catalyst 3750 releases with Cisco IOS Software. However, Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(25)EZ is for use only with the Cisco EtherSwitch
service modules. Table 4 describes the images and feature sets available with Release 12.2(25)EZ.
