Problem
The washing results
are not satisfactory.
Too much foam in
the drum during the
washing cycle.
After the washing cy‐
cle, there are some
detergent residues in
the dispenser drawer.
After the check, activate the appliance. The programme continues from the point of
interruption.
If the problem occurs again, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
The necessary data for the service centre are on the rating plate.

16. CONSUMPTION VALUES

16.1 Introduction
This user manual reports two different tables in order to favour a gradual
passage from a regulation to the other:
• Regulation EU 1061/2010, valid up to 28th of February 2021, is related

with the user manual and all other documents provided with this

you find on the rating plate of the appliance. Refer to 'Product description'
chapter for the position of the rating plate.
Possible solution
• Increase the detergent quantity or use a different deter‐
gent.
• Use special products to remove the stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry.
• Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
• Decrease the laundry load.
• Reduce the quantity of detergent.
• Make sure that the flap is in the correct position (UP for
powder detergent - DOWN for liquid detergent).
• Make sure you have used the detergent dispenser accord‐
ing the indications given in this user manual.
