Before using RAK4600 on Arduino IDE you need to flash a new bootloader using RAKDAP1 Tool and pyOCD.
1. Install pyOCD.
Please refer to
RAKDAP1 Flash and Debug Tool
2. Check pyOCD installation
pyocd list
3. Clone RAK repository
git
clone https://github.com/RAKWireless/RAK4600_Arduino
4. Flash bootloader
