Product description

The Vitalplus pressure cooker has a
premium ceramic coating with extremely
good anti-adhesion properties. It is also
free of PTFE and PFOA and completely
food safe. The Vitalplus pressure cooker
is suitable for all types of cookers — for
preparing soups, stews, meat and
vegetables. You can sear meat in the
pot for pot roast, starchy foods, and
more. In the set a glass lid is included
for use as a conventional pot. The glass
lid can be purchased as an accessory
from our customer service.

Before using for the first time

Check the delivery contents
1. Check for visible signs of damage or
missing items.
2. Report incomplete or damaged con-
tents to your supplier immediately.
Before using for the first time
1. Clean all parts in warm dishwater to
remove possible production residues.
2. Clean the sealing ring and dry it prop-
erly.
3. Insert the sealing ring into the lid as
described in the section Inserting the
sealing ring.
Handling the
pressure cooker
Opening the lid
(Fig. A1, B1)
1. Turn the rotating lid handle (2)
clockwise, as its marking shows
(Fig. A1). The lid locks (4) open (Fig.
B1).
2. Lift the lid upwards.
NOTE
► The rotating lid handle can only
be opened if the pressure is
completely relieved.
Closing the lid (Fig. A2, B2)
1. Set the lid with its inserted sealing
ring onto the pot. Make sure that the
regulator valve's pressure release (5)
does not point toward the lid handle
to prevent scalding.
