Symptom
The handset doesn't
turn on.
The handset is unable
to use with the
iPhone.

seconds OFF)
Solution
Ensure the battery is properly
charged, fully drained battery may
take a while to charge up.
Contact an authorized service
center.
Ensure the handset and the iPhone
is turned on.
Ensure the Bluetooth feature on the
iPhone is activated.
Ensure the handset is paired to the
iPhone, please refer to pairing
procedure.
Ensure both the handset and iPhone
is within 10 meters operating range.
There are no obstructions or
interference in between.
Try to pair the iPhone again if the
problem is still not solved.
