Clip on the cable hook (9) to
the bar to fasten the connection

If you release the tension clamps,

downwards to store the device.

Installing the grass box

1. Insert the handle (4c) of the
grass catcher box (4) into the
bracket on the upper side of the
lid (4a). They click into place.
2. Click the lower part (4b) into the
slots of the upper grass catcher
box (4a) provided into place.
3. Click the catch box design (4d)
into the recesses of the lower
grass catcher box (4b) provided
into place.
Attention: Do not operate the ap-
pliance until the collision guard
and grass box are fully installed.
Risk of injury!

Operation

The mower must only be set
when the motor is switched off
and the blades are shut-down.
Switch of the device, pull the igniti-
on key (11) and wait for the blades
to come to a stop. There is a risk of
personal injury.

Mounting/removing the grass
box
1. To mount the grass catch box (4)

lift the impact protection (5) and
mount the grass catcher box (4).
2. Lower the collision guard (5)
onto the grass box (4) - it will
keep it in place.
3. To remove the grass box (4),
lift the collision guard (5) and
unhook the grass box from
the mounting bracket. Flap
down the collision guard to the
housing.

Adjusting the Cut Height

There are 6 different cutting heights:
70 mm - large cutting height
60 mm - large cutting height
50 mm - medium cutting height
40 mm - medium cutting height
30 mm - low cutting height
20 mm - low cutting height

1. Hold the cutting height adjuster
(14) and move it to the correct
cutting height, as appropriate.
The correct height is around 25 – 45 mm
for a decorative lawn and around
45 –65 mm for a used lawn.
A higher cut height should be
selected for the first cut of the
season.

regulations.
