Identify the defected one and proceed to replace-
ment;

With a screw driver unscrew the two wires on the
micro, remembering the position and memorizing
the type of contact on which they are fitted (nor-
mally NO);
6.
With a hex key unscrew the micro switch from its
support, remove it and install the new one;
7.
Mount the new micro connecting the wires on the
contact that is normally open (indicated as NO or
NA) and screw the two nuts that can be found on
the metal body of the micro, being careful to adjust-
ment: the contact must close (you will hear a metal-
lic click) and at the same time must remain a little
bit of extra throw in case there is a strong and deep
pressure by the operator;

Once everything has been checked tighten the two
locking nuts of the micro body and close again the
bottom of the pedal box with the four screws in
reversed order to what previously done to open the
pedal box.

Replacement of the spring of the
rocker arm of the control pedal box
rotation mandrel
In case the pedal of the rotation mandrel remains still
in a lower position and does not return back, in order
to replace the spring of the rocker arm of the rotation
mandrel (clockwise/counter-clockwise) operate accord-
ing to the following instructions:
1.
Power off the machine;

2.
Open the bottom of the pedal box with a screw
driver;
3.
Now it is possible to reach the rocker arm spring and
proceed with its replacement;
4.
Remove the locking peg with appropriate tools, if ap-
propriately removed it can be used again;
5.
Remove the rocker from the external part by pulling
it;
6.
Remove the damaged spring, insert the new one
after greasing it abundantly, and insert again the
rocker arm in its housing;
7.
Insert the spring in its housing being careful to
insert also the pivot of the rocker arm between the
two pivots of the spring, lubricating the area with
abundant grease;
