  • Page 5 • Do not use on cuts or broken skin. • Protect clothing and surroundings. • During the 24-hour period following your treatment, you should avoid hot baths, tanning beds, saunas or other heat treatments. • Always test the temperature of the wax by applying a small amount to the inside of your forearm to ensure that it is an appropriate temperature. • Do not overheat the wax. Follow recommendations of heating times to avoid risk of burning skin. • In case of burns, run the affected area under cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical advice. • If you feel tingling or severe pain during use, remove the wax immediately and rinse thoroughly with water.   • Page 9 Using a spatula, apply a thick and even coat of wax in the same direction of hair growth. Apply one layer in small, even strips no wider than 1 inch. Allow wax to cool on skin until it is hard, but still pliable. QUICK WAXER™...

  • Page 11 • The removal of deep-seated and/or thick hairs such as those found under the arm or at the bikini line can sometimes cause small drops of blood to appear on the surface of the skin. A cold compress made of dampened cotton wool will remove these traces of blood and help to cool the area. • A slight redness after treatment may occur but will normally fade over 24 hours. Use this as a guide to determine when the wax is ready to remove. • The application should be thicker than with soft wax and should be even all the way around the edges, extending beyond the hair growth area. • If the wax breaks or is brittle, then the application was too thin, it was allowed to set too long or the room temperature is too cool. • Beginners should apply one strip of wax at a time. After you have mastered the technique, apply as many strips of wax as you are comfortable with at one time, allowing the wax to set. QUICK WAXER™...
