4.1.
Assemble the two saddles (fig.2.3) with support pads (fig.2.2) using screws (fig.2.1).
4.2.
Assemble support beams (fig.2.4) with four castor assemblies (fig.2.6) using nuts, spring washers and bolts.
4.3.
Slide assembled support beams onto the main beam support .
4.4.
Assemble main beam travel stops (fig.2.9) using m6x16 bolt and nut. Set bolt protrusion to be enough to prevent the support beams from
sliding off the main beam.
4.5.
Screw assembled saddles into support beams and lightly nip place for stowage until it is used.
4.6.
lightly lubricate castor wheel hubs.
5. operaTIon
WarnInG! Before use, ensure Section 1 safety instructions are read and understood.
5.1.
Check and prepare the vehicle as mentioned in the safety instructions, ensuring the ground on which the trolley is to travel is level and
solid (not tarmacadam).
5.2.
Set saddles to correct height and width for vehicle to be transported by sliding support beam along the main beam and then screwing in
or out of support beam.
5.3.
Position the trolley supports under the vehicle manufacturer's recommended lifting point. Check that the vehicle is secure and there are
no persons or obstacles beneath the vehicle or in the path of transportation.
5.4.
When the trolley destination is reached, the trolley wheels must be chocked to stop further movement.
Do noT use trolley as a support stand for working on, or under, the vehicle. The trolley is designed for manoeuvring only.

6. MaInTenance
6.1.
Before each use check for broken, cracked, bent, or loose parts, or any visible damage. If any suspect item is found remove trolley
from service and take necessary action to remedy the problem.
Do noT use the trolley if believed to have been subjected to abnormal load or shock load.

6.2.
Keep the trolley clean and periodically oil the wheel bearings.
envIronMenT proTecTIon
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
