-JOCCA declines any responsibility for the improper use of the
product, or any other use that is not described in this manual.
-Before using the product for the first time, unpack the product
and check that it is in perfect conditions. If not, do not use the
appliance and contact JOCCA, as the guarantee covers any
damage from origin or manufacturing defects.
-This product is only indicated for domestic use. Do not use the
appliance outdoors. Never leave the appliance exposed to clima-
tic
agents such as rain, snow, sun, etc....
-This appliance is intended to be used only by adults. Do not
allow people not accustomed to this kind of appliances, handi-
capped
people or children to use this item.
-Before connecting the appliance to the mains, check that the
cable and plug are in perfect conditions. Also check that the vol-
tage
indicated on the appliance is valid for your electrical installation
and the plug has earth wire.
-If you detect that the power supply cable or the plug are dama-
ged, do not use the appliance or try to replace the cable yourself.
Go directly to the authorised JOCCA technical service where
they
will replace it correctly for you.
-Do not immerse the appliance or any part of it in water or any
other liquid.
-Do not pull the cable to unplug the appliance from the mains,
always pull from the plug.
-If your appliance has been dropped or fallen into water or any
other liquid do not use it or try to repair it. Take it to the JOCCA
technical service.
-Unplug the appliance from the mains when you have finished
using it, before cleaning it or if it does not work correctly.
-Do not use the appliance in outdoors.
-The appliance must not be installed on a wall or ceiling. It must
always be installed on a flat and dry surface in a well ventilated
area.
-Never use the appliance near a source of heat such as a fire,
kitchen stove, heating radiator, etc...
-Make sure that the air outlets on the rear of the appliance are
not blocked. Do not cover the air intake or outlet when the
appliance is switched on. Do not use the appliance for drying clo-
thes.
- In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the input or output
of air during operation of the device.
-The appliance must be switched off and unplugged before
adding water or ice.
-Do not move the appliance when the water tank is full.
-Do not use the appliance with wet hands or with barefoot.
-Never touch the moving parts of the appliance. Never insert
your fingers or other parts of the body in the air inlet or outlet.
Never insert any object that might block up or damage the
appliance.
-Do not let the power supply cable touch or come near the hot
parts of the appliance.
-Completely unroll the power cable to avoid overheating.
-Keep the appliance away from any wall (at least, 30 cm).
-Do not shake a device after filling it with water or ice – water can
come out.
-We dissuade the use of adapters, plugs and / or extension
cables. If the above mentioned elements were indispensable, use
only simple or multiple adapters and extension cables that res-
pect the in force procedure of safety, taking care in not exceeding
the limit of power indicated in the adapter and / or and the exten-
sion cable.
-Make sure that the on/off switch is in 0/OFF position before
unplugging it from the mains.
-The appliance must not be used if the grids are not correctly ins-
talled.
-The appliance shouldn't be in touch with curtains, identical
papers, cloths of kitchen, or other inflammable materials during
the use.
-Do not use the heater near a bath, a shower or a swimming
pool.
