The operating company therefore is governed by the statutory obligations of occupational safety, environmental protection, and the obligation to inform competent authorities.

Crane hooks are only allowed to be hooked into the red marked crane eyes on the tower. For transportation by crane, all four crane eyes of the Multi Mover are to be connected with the lifting gear (use three-fold crane suspension). The bearing loads of the crane suspension must be observed, and jerky moves and bumps are to avoided during lifting and setting down.

Hazard lights The four safety lights are flashing while travelling and during tower movement. Parking position If the Multi Mover is not used, the draw-bar goes up automatically. The Multi Mover is then automatically switched off and secured.

DANGER Due to imbalanced load of the Multi Mover The load of the Multi Mover must always be placed centred to impede shifting or falling of the load, and that the Multi Mover cannot tip over. Disregard can result in personal injuries and / or damage to property.
Outriggers of the Multi Mover For works with the tower fully lifted and/or heavy load, it is required to mount the outriggers of the Multi Mover for increasing the stability. The outriggers are included in the scope of supply of the Multi Mover.

The support wheels (1) of the outriggers do not touch the ground. Contact with ground is established only with risk of tipping. For remaining on the Multi Mover, the outriggers of the Multi Mover are mounted as follows: Pull the safety bolt out of the rail. For this purpose turn the handle horizontally and pull the bolt out (1).
The elapsed operating hours are counted and the current total is displayed (1). Exemplary display: 2 operating hours Attention: The operating hours are counted beginning after the Multi Mover is switched on, not only during travel, lifting and lowering. Version 04/2021...
An overview of the error codes / alarm messages can be found in the annex. Errors, which cannot be removed directly without intervention in the Multi Mover must be reported to the responsible qualified personnel, indicating the error code / alarm message.
Multi Mover MKF Original Operating Manual Charging the battery The battery has to be fully recharged every working day. The battery is fully charged after a minimum charging time of 10 hours. Attention: At a charging capacity of 20% lifting is no longer possible, the battery must be recharged immediately.
NOTE Avoid total discharge of the battery The battery of the Multi Mover must be charged at least once per month. If the Multi Mover was not used for more than a month it is required to charge the battery.

3. Find the defective fuse and replace it with a functioning fuse of the same type and same number of amps. Attention: In case of a recurrent defect, the Multi Mover must be shut down, and the cause for the defect must be defined and remedied by the trained and qualified personnel.
