Switching to Vibration or Silent Mode

You can set the phone to vibration or silent mode by using one of
the following methods.

Press the Volume key up or down and then touch the icon
above the slider to switch the phone to vibration or silent
mode or turn on the sound.

Press the Volume up key and the Power key at the same
time to switch to silent mode or vibration mode.
NOTE:
You can select to switch to silent or vibration mode by
opening Settings > Sound > Switch to vibrate/silent and
choosing Mute or Vibrate.

Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel
and drag the panel downwards. Touch Ring, Vibrate, or
Silent to switch the phone to vibration or silent mode or turn
on the sound.
