Microwave leak detector

Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Keep the detector out of the reach of children. The microwave
leak detector is not a toy.
Do not leave packaging material lying around. Polybags may
become a deadly toy for small children.
This microwave leak detector is a measuring instrument and
must be handled with care.
Do not expose the unit to humidity, mechanical stress, dirt,
high temperatures, extreme heat or strong magnetic fields.
Do not allow liquids of any kind to enter the unit.
Do not disassemble the unit or attempt to repair it yourself. It
does not contain parts serviceable by you. In the case of
questions or problems, turn to our customer support.

Measuring

The microwave leak detector does not need batteries and can be
used immediately.
Stand with your ultra violet detector in direct sunlight.
1. Ensure that your microwave is connected to a normal
household shockproof socket, connected to the local power
company's mains supply.
2. Open the door of the microwave, place a glass of cold water
inside and close the door. Turn the microwave power up to
the maximum power setting and switch the microwave on for
about one minute.
3. Hold the microwave leak detector on the side of the housing
in such a way that you can see the display.
4. Slowly run the upper side with the antenna (3) along the
microwave's door seal and door window. If the dial in the
