- Page 2 3. Set the Power Supply output to the LOW speed setting. Make sure the power is in the OFF position until ready for use. 4. Pull the Sleeve up and insert the KATO Hex tool into the hex shaft. See Figure 2 5. Ensure the electric driver directional switch is in the FOR (Forward) position.

Try one or more of these helpful tips: • If the insert cannot find the lead thread, tap the trigger a few times as if sending Morse code during installation. • Dipping the insert in Alcohol or other non-residual solution will provide lubrication and may help facilitate installation.
