• Please read all instructions thoroughly and retain for future reference.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• This appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to
the marking on the appliance. If any part of the mains adapter or cord are damaged,
discontinue use. Contact Customer Care to arrange a replacement.
• Do not immerse product in water. Do NOT use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
• Do NOT use this product if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped or
damaged.
• DO NOT use faceLITE™ if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity.
If you use faceLITE and you are taking any medication that can causes photosensitivity
you may cause a severe skin reaction.
• Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include
certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any
medication you may be taking consult your healthcare provider.
• DO NOT use faceLITE to treat any other conditions apart from those listed in the
indications for use.
• DO NOT use faceLITE if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or
breastfeeding. faceLITE has NOT been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women and
therefore the risk to the foetus, neonate or pregnant women is unknown.
• DO NOT use faceLITE if you suffer from Lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema
or Albinism.
• DO NOT use faceLITE if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitization to
light).
• Before using faceLITE you must carry out a sensitization test.
