V1.0 HITCH MOUNT VISE PLATE 8712952 4.1 The work site should be on a flat, level surface away from vehicle traffic and other distractions. Do not exceed this maximum weight capacity (see Specifications). This includes the hitch mount vise plate, the tool installed on the plate and any material the tool is supporting. -
