Cool-Spot Service you, or your own Technical Department, should first check a number of things, to see whether you could easily fix the fault yourself. The Cool-spot site also has a number of maintenance procedures for Cool-spot components under the Downloads button. -

Turn on the system a few minutes before the presentation session. When the Cool-Spot is switched on, the unit top will still be at the same temperature as the room, and it will take some time before the “warm” top itself has cooled down. -
