Always choose a safe location for the fan, keeping in mind the safety precautions outlined.
Ensure all packaging has been removed from the unit before use. This appliance requires no
installation, it should be used solely as a portable appliance.
WARNING:
Keep all objects at least 1 metre from the front and sides of
the appliance
Ensure the speed control is at OFF position before plugging the power cord into the socket.
Fan control
The control buttons are:

OFF
•
ON/SPEED
•
TIME
Press the ON/SPEED button to turn the fan on at Low
speed. Press again to go to Medium and High speed.
Press the OFF button to turn the fan off.
Timer
Press the TIME button to set the timer from 0.5–7.5 hours.
Each press of the button will increase the time by 30 minutes.
To cancel the timer keep pressing until the timer lights go out.
To activate oscillation follow the details below.
Remote Control
The remote control controls the same functions as above an also the Mode
and Oscillation functions.
The remote control requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included)
Mode (only on remote control)
Press the MODE button to cycle between Normal, Nature and Sleep modes.
In Nature and Sleep modes the fan will run at varying speeds to
simulate natural wind movements.
Oscillation (only on remote control)
Press the SWING button to activate the oscillation.
Press again to stop oscillation.
Adjust tilt by loosening the locking screw on the connector and column holder and tilt to desired
angle/wind direction by moving the guard left/right and re-fasten it.
