Always unplug before cleaning.

To clean, wipe the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth, if necessary add a
little washing up liquid, then fry thoroughly. Never immerse it into water and do not
use any proprietary cleaner.
Do not immerse or rinse power unit. Wipe only with damp cloth.

Blade can be washed under warm running water, the bowl and plate with warm

water and ish wash liquid.
If at any time in the future you should need to dispose of this product
