Installing Housing Sections The top and back of the Housing are comprised of sections, the number of which depends on the width of the system. There is a left section, a right section, and center sections that telescope to fit the opening. In addition, for very wide systems there are inserts to span the distance between sections.
Page 16
1. Repeat sequence with the right section ensuring that it aligns with the clear opening height and width. 2. Verify that the overall width is within ¼” of specification on the Layout Sheet. 3. Insert the center section between the two end sections and secure through predrilled holes with appropriate anchors.

1. Extend the retractable bearing arms as far as they will extend towards the front of the housing and lower the assembly to rest on the bottom cover supports. 2. Attach Retaining clip with provided hardware over the Floating plate. See below picture for details.
Electrical Wiring The following procedure assumes that the electrical contractor has supplied numbered wires and conduit between the housing and the control station, and if appropriate between optional switches and control station, as specified in the Electrician’s Guide. Reference electrical control guide to complete electrical wiring. Below are typical Single Motor and Dual Motor wiring diagram to reference.
Page 26
Dual Motor wiring diagram: 1. Mount the Control Box (es) in an easily accessible location within 30 conduit feet of the Primary motor. The control(s) have several mounting configurations. The below drawing shows a typical configuration. The pre-attached mounting flanges can be moved forward in the adjacent holes or removed to mount on the top and bottom of the control when more space is needed.
Page 27
2. Mount the Front Right Cover and attach all low voltage wiring. Plug the Primary motor into the junction box connector. WARNING: DO NOT CUT THE PLUG CONNECTORS OFF WIRING HARNESS. Factory harness MUST BE USED or the warrantee on this unit will be void. Do not pull loose wiring for this purpose as the connections may be unreliable causing system failures and possible injury.
