Common solutions
If you experience problems with your headphones or USB charging cable:
1. Check the state of the power indicators.
2. Charge the headphone.
3. Increase the volume on your mobile device.
4. Change the USB charging cable to charge the headphone.
5. Try connecting another mobile device.
