-Your hoverboard moves when it is in horizontal position where it should be still.
How to calibrate your hoverboard:
1.Make sure your hoverboard is horizontal. Press the on/off button until the light
flashes (approx. 10 seconds).
2.After 2-3 seconds the light will flash more slowly and you can now release the
on/off button.
3.Wait 3-4 seconds. Switch your hoverboard off and on again.
Your hoverboard is now calibrated.

Maintenance

Please ensure the power and charger disconnected before operation the following
steps. It's not allowed to operate when the power is turned on or the battery is
being charging.
Ensure the power and the charger wire is disconnected before cleaning.
Use a soft cloth to wipe the product.
Do not use high-pressure water to clean the product.
Do not immerse the product in water.
Water or other liquids may caused permanent damage to the internal electronics.
Please avoid it.
Storage
Please ensure the product is fully charged before storage, to prevent the battery
over-discharging for a long time.
Please remove the battery to store the product if the storage is more than a month,
and ensure to fully charge the product every three months at least.
Don't charge SMART if the temperature is under 0°C, it only can be charged in
temperature above 10°C.
The product should be stored indoors and in dry place with suitable temperature.
Don't dismantle the produce yourself for safety. Or the warranty will be invalid.
