Side alminum L and R

Remove the two screws. (BBZ30P080FCC)

Remove the four screws. (VBA1115)

Remove the side alminums L and R.
Points to be checked during reassembling
When reassembling, check the following points.
Use the values as guides.
Side aluminum L
Gap between the front aluminum and
side aluminum L
: 0.5 mm or less
Protrusion of the side aluminum L from the panel base
The level of the top aluminum must be
slightly lower than the side aluminum L or R panel.

Gap between the panel base and side aluminum L or R

Gap between the top aluminum and side aluminum L or R
: 0.6 mm or less
Gap between the front aluminum and top aluminum
: 0.4 mm or less
: 0.1 mm or less
Gap between the panel base and side aluminum L or R
Upper side: 0.3 mm or less

Side View
lower side: 0.5 mm or less
