3. Install the RED THUMB SCREW to hold the brass terminal in place in the slot of the
Power Star Element. Finger tighten fully, do not use tools.

4. Install the BLACK cable Brass Terminal End by inserting it into the NEGATIVE (-) slot
of the Power Star Element after removing the BLACK thumb screw.
5. Install the BLACK THUMB SCREW to hold the brass terminal in place in the slot of
the Power Star Element. Finger tighten only, do not use tools.
6. Verify that the two cables, (RED and BLACK) are properly installed into the Power
Star Element (verify polarity) and then verify that they are properly tightened in
place and fully secure.
