Possible cause
1. No input source
2. Volume set to minimum
3. No USB/SD card inserted
1. Volume set too high

Power socket has not been detected
1. The adaptor has not been plugged
in properly
2. The DC plug has not been plugged

Solution
1. Connect an AUX source
2. Increase the volume
3. Insert a USB/SD card
1. Reduce the volume
2. Check and change the audio file
1. Format must be MP3
2. Switch the box off and on
3. Insert the USB/SD firmly
It has no incidence on the box. The
indicator is just an information.
1. Plug in the adaptor firmly
2. Plug in the DC plug firmly
3. Increase the duration of charge. It
takes about 4-8 hours
4. Replace the battery by a new one
with the same specifications as the
original one.
1. Leave at least 2m distance
between the microphone and the
box
2. Switch off the mic when not in use
3. Reduce the mic volume
4. Keep the smartphone far away
from the box during calls
5. Keep the box at distance from
other wireless devices.
