Page 5: Assembly Diagram
Assembly Diagram To Assemble: Illustration # 1 Identify and Separate all the Parts and Hardware. Attach Right Leg Welded (P2) to the Top and bottom Panels (P4 & P5) using 6 screws (A1) as shown in illustration #1. Attach Back Panel (P6) to the Right Leg Welded (P2)using 3 screws (A1) as shown in illustration #1. - Page 6 Illustration # 2 Attach the Back Panel P6) to the Bottom Panel (P5) using one Screw (A2). Insert Slotted End Panel (P3) in the Right Leg Welded as shown in illustration #3. Make sure the four predrilled holes are under the fifth slot from the top. Illustration # 3 Insert 9 Wood Dowels (B1) in holes in the Back Panel (P6).
- Page 7 Attach two Middle Shelf Brackets (J) to the bottom sides of the Middle Shelf (P11) using 2 CS Wood Screws (A5) as shown in illustration #4A. Illustration # 4A Place Middle Shelf assembly, from Step 8, in the fourth slot down from th the top of Slotted End Panel (P3).
- Page 8 Illustration # 4C Slide 8 Shelves (P7) over Dowels (B1) and into slots in Slotted End Panel (P3) as shown in illustration # 4C. Illustration # 5 Place Slotted End Panel (P3) over the end of 9 Shelves (P7) as shown in illustration #5.
- Page 9 Attach 2 Locking Casters (D), and 2 Lock Washers (C) to Illustration # 6 the front of Welded Legs (P1 & P2). Attach 2 Casters (E) and 2 Lock Washers (C) to the back of Welded Legs (P1 & P2). P 1 1 Tighten all Casters using Caster Wrench (N).
- Page 10 Attach the Right Door (P10) to the Right Leg Welded (P2) using three CS Wood Screws (A3) through each Door Hinge as shown in illustration # 8b. Illustration # 8b Before tightening the Lock Hex (K3), Insert the Key (L) and turn lock.
- Page 11 Attach the Metal Plate (S) to the front of the Door (P8) using one CS Wood Screw (A6) in the predrilled hole in the Door. Attach the Magnet (R) to the Right Leg Welded (P2) using two Screws (A5) into the predrilled holes near the top of the Leg. See illustration # 9. Illustration # 9 22.
