Brendon Bowser Lift Instructions
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
• ONLY trained personnel are permitted to lift this machine.
• ALL lifting equipment should be certified and checked prior to use.
• The Bowser Lift eye and strap guides MUST be checked for condition prior to lifting.
• A lift risk assessment is to be completed prior to lifting.
• The lifting area MUST be cordoned off during the procedure.
Required Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE)
DANGER: lifting this machine is dangerous and could cause serious injury or DEATH. Ensure
pre-lift safety checks are carried out and personnel wear suitable PPE and are clear of the
lifting area prior to the procedure.
WARNING: Use certified lifting slings only. UK legislation requires lift slings to be inspected
after 6 months
IMPORTANT: Ensure the delivery hose is reeled in and the gun & lance assembly is secured
prior to any transportation.
CAUTION: Lifting chains / straps may need to be shrouded to protect the tank & canopy.
TIP: Always have a copy of these instructions available with the machine .
