The
mark certifies that the product complies with all relevant and applicable European requirements. In
particular, the shower cubicle complies with the following European requirements and regulations:

This Guarantee is offered by the manufacturer Marco Mammoliti SpA and does not affect the rights of consumers
based on national implementation and transposition provisions pursuant to European Directive 1999/44/CE
The warranty has duration of two years. The warranty period stars of the date of purchase of the product
(indicated in the proof of purchase.
The warranty is limited to the territory of the EU.
The warranty is only valid upon submission of the proof of purchase.
Use of the warranty shall not extend its duration.
The warranty covers all defects attributable to the product, discovered during normal use.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part with an identical part, or replacement of
the product.
The costs of transportation, removal and/or relocation of the product will be paid only if the actual existence of
defects covered by this warranty is established.

The warranty shall be void unless the operating conditions recommended in this manual are complied with.
The warranty does not cover any defects/failures/malfunctions resulting from:

Damage due to transport
■
Incorrect installation and/or non-compliance with the assembly procedures specified in the attached instructions
■
Use of different accessories from those contained in the packaging
■
Incorrect sealing/silicone sealing, or use of poor quality products
■
Clogging or blocking due to deposits, calcium scaling, sand, metal debris or impurities in the water
■
Leaks due to gaskets damaged during installation, not lubricated, or worn
■
Scratches, dents or cracks caused by incorrect handling or accidental impacts
■
Use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning products
■
Products deteriorated by frost
Lack of maintenance, or inadequate maintenance, or non-compliance with the attached "cleaning and
■
maintenance" recommendations
■
Repairs done by unauthorized\unskilledpersonnel
Use special products for glass when cleaning glass surface
Use generic non-aggressive products when cleaning acrylic and aluminium parts.
Only use a damp cloth or sponge to clean chrome-plated surfaces.
Note: DO NOT use abrasive cloths or sponges, powder detergents, or detergents containing alcohol,
ammonia, acids, acetone, or solvents.
No claims are accepted unless a proof of purchase is provided
All claims will be processed and managed according to the internal procedures of our Customer Care Department (use the contacts
found in the table below).
The procedures applied to any repairs, credit notes or replacements shall be agreed subsequently to an on the basis of the results of
the checks conducted by our Customer Care centres and our Quality Laboratories.
