• Connect the ash vacuum cleaner to the mains and switch on.
• You can now clean the stove, fireplace or barbecue by using the nozzle. If the nozzle becomes blocked by a piece of charcoal or
similar, switch off the ash vacuum cleaner. Carefully tap the nozzle against the inside of the stove or fireplace to remove the
object.
Note: Before use the ash vacuum, make sure all connectors and the dust filter subassembly is tightly fastened. The
container and dust filter must be completely dry.
OPERATION
Vacuuming Ashes
• Check if the device is assembled well before using it.
• To vacuum ashes, connect the hose to the suction connection.
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Switch on the device.
• Vacuum the cold ashes.
• Switch off the device.
• Unplug the device from the mains.
• Remove the cover from the ash collector.
• Throw away the ashes in an environmentally safe way.
• Leave the ashes to completely cool down prior to vacuuming them!
Blow Function
This ash cleaner features a convenient blow function. This function allows you to blow away ashes and to move them to places
that are more accessible.
Check if the device is assembled well before using it.
To use this blow function, connect the hose to the blowing connection.
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Switch on the device.
Switch off the device after use.
Unplug the device from the mains
≤60 °C!!! For use with cold ashes only!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the filter before/after each use.
• If the suction strength deteriorates during use, turn off the ash vacuum cleaner.
• Once the container is full to the suction nozzle, empty the contents of the container.
• Remove the suction hose and loosen the cover with the lock tabs.
• Take out the filter, clean and wash clean and warm water.
• Dry the dust filter before re-use.
Caution: Do not use cleaning agents to clean the plastic parts of the tool. A mild detergent on a damp cloth is
recommended. Water must never come into contact with the tool.
