1.1.1 OVERVIEW The OSD8327 series is a high-quality fiber optic serial digital video (SDI) and data transmission system. The system consists of the OSD8327T transmitter and the OSD8327R receiver, which are designed to be used as a pair to reliably transport SDI and duplex serial data over fiber for long distances using 1310nm, 1510nm and CWDM wavelengths.
