- Page 3 Step 1:Install the rear support steel plates Tools needed: Screwdriver Remove the vehicle from the carton. Flip the vehicle upside down. Rotate the gearbox up. Install and secure the two steel support bars with the 8 screws.
- Page 4 Step 2:Install the rear bumper and gearbox Tools needed: Wrenches & Screwdriver & Socket Pivot A. Remove the two pivot bolts from B. Rotate the gearbox to its down position. both sides of the gearbox. Place the right and left shocks into the gap between the posts where the pivot bolts were removed and align the holes.

Step 3:Install rear wheels Tools needed: Wrenches & Screwdriver & Socket B. Slide axle through the gearbox until the rear wheel is correctly aligned to engage the drive coupling. D. Snap the wheel caps into wheel covers C. Step 5:Install front wheels Tools needed: Screwdriver & Socket A. Remove the nut from the front axle. B. Place the front wheels on the axle. C. Then tighten flange nut with socket D. Snap wheel cap into place. and screwdriver. Repeat above steps for the other side. -

Step 6:Install the steering wheel Tools needed: Screwdriver Connect the cables between the steering wheel and the steering column. Slide the steering wheel onto the steering rod, then align the holes and secure with the provided nut and bolt. Insert bolt through bolt hole and fasten with nut. - Page 9 Step 7:Install the front bumper Tools needed: Screwdriver Locate the front bumper and align the four holes of the bumper with the four holes of the car. Secure the front bumper with the 4 screws. Tighten each screw until each securely fastened.

Step 8:Install the seat Tools needed: Screwdriver A. Connect battery wire connector B. Insert the buckle on the back of with system wire connector. the seat into the slot of the main Leave no gaps between connectors. body. C. Press the seat down on the main body, and tighten them securely with the screw we provided. - Page 11 Step 9:Install the rear roll bar Tools needed: Screwdriver A. Insert the roll bar support into B. Insert two screws into the holes the roll bar. and tighten them securely. C. Align the rear roll bar with the holes on the mainbody, press it down, until it snap into the holes tightly.
- Page 12 Step 10:Install the front roll bar and the net Snap the front roll bar into the holes in the front hood in place. You will hear a solid click when it is fitted correctly. face forward Take out the net, and put the rubber bands of the net around the pillars on the front and rear roll bar, do the same steps for the other side.
