2. Activate RF controls in Phoenix (Testing→GSM→Rf Controls ).
Set RF controls as shown in the figure below. GSM900 is used for this example.
3. Check the basic TX parameters (i.e. power, phase error, modulation and switching spectrum), using a
communication amalyser (for example CMU200).
Note: Frequency error is common as there is no automatic AFC control. It can be adjusted using the
AFC input box.
