    The varying circumstances that may occur while working with this machine cannot always be foreseen. No good advice can replace "common sense", "timely care" and "paying attention", but the above recommendations are a good start to the safe use of the GreenTec machine.

    Maintenance, inspection, and installation work may only be carried out with the hydraulics disconnected. When carrying out maintenance work under the FOX Multi Carrier, secure with suitable support elements. When replacing machines, check the hydraulic system for residual pressure.

    The FOX Multi Carrier has a telescopic arm that can be adjusted manually in 4 different levels / lengths. The required amount of oil to be added to the FOX Multi Carrier is either 25 or 40 l / min. all depending on the tool and setup used. (See machine specifications) The FOX Multi Carrier is made up of invertible identical components, i.e.

The range of the telescopic arm in the extended position on the FOX Multi Carrier is up to 1.9 m (measured from the center of the vehicle).

  • Page 25 4.3.2 FLOW REGULATOR FOR OIL QUANTITY ASSURANCE The flow regulator on the FOX Multi Carrier ensures that not too much oil can get to the attachment tool. There is an overpressure and anti-cavitation valve built into the flow regulator, to ensure that no damage occurs to the machine as well as the attachment tool by ensuring that cavitation does not occur at start / stop and with error / incorrect pressure and return connection.

The noise level of the FOX Multi Carrier will always be lower than the noise from the attachment tools that can be mounted, as well as the noise from the vehicle in question.

Pay special attention to hydraulic hoses and fittings being assembled and installed in a clean environment to prevent dirt and grime from entering the hydraulic system.

    5.4.1 TRAINING OF MACHINE OPERATOR BEFORE USE The FOX Multi Carrier may only be used mounted with approved GreenTec attachment tools, as well as on an approved vehicle as a single unit. The operator of the vehicle, FOX Multi Carrier and attachment tool must therefore both review and understand this instruction manual as well as instruction manuals for the attachment tool and vehicle before using the machine.

Much depending on how the FOX Multi Carrier is positioned in relation to the operator, these can be stressful working positions.     Always keep the machine and attachment tools in a clean condition! Dirt attracts moisture and can result in increased rust formation. Paint damage must be repaired! GreenTec's machines MUST be stored dry, due to the risk of water in the sockets, bearings and electrical parts.
