このたびは，富士コマンドスイッチをお買い上げいただきましてありがとうございます。
ご使用に際しましては，本書をご一読くださいますようお願いいたします。
安全上のご注意
取付け，配線工事，操作および保守・点検の前に，必ずこの取扱説明書とその他の付属書類を
すべて熟読し，正しくご使用ください。機器の知識，安全の情報そして注意事項のすべてに
ついて習熟してからご使用ください。また，取扱説明書などが最終の使用責任者の元に届く
よう，ご配慮願います。この取扱説明書では，安全注意事項のランクを「警告」，「注意」
として区分してあります。

通電中は，充電部に触れたり近づいたりしないでください。感電，火傷のおそれがあります。

配線は，印加電圧・通電電流に適した電線サイズを使用してください。取扱説明書に規定

された締付トルクで締付けてください。焼損のおそれがあります。
製品を廃棄する場合は，産業廃棄物として取り扱ってください。

1．荷ほどき
形式，接点構成，押しボタンの色などがご要求のものと一致しているかどうか，押しボタン，
ケースなどのプラスチック部品の破損がないかどうかを確かめてください。
2．取付け
2.1 取付け穴
※ロックリングまたは文字板を用いない場合は，
幅3.2mmまたは幅4.8mmの穴あけは不要です。
2.2 取付けパネル厚さと調節用パッキン
適用可能なパネル厚寸法は，φ22シリーズが1～6mm,
φ30シリーズが1～6mmです。
パッキンは標準としてφ22シリーズが1.3mmを5枚,
φ30シリーズが1.6mmを4枚付属（一体成形）して
おりますが，取付けパネル厚さによって右表を目安
に枚数を加減してください。また，ロックリングや
文字板などを使用する場合は，厚み分を加えて目安
としてください。
2.3 パネルへの固定順序
取付け，取外し，配線作業および保守・点検の際は必ず電源を切ってから行ってください。

感電および短絡による火傷のおそれがあります。
2.3.1 パネルへの取付け方法
(1) φ22シリ－ズ
・操作部の球をねじって取り外します。
・ロック付の場合締付リングを緩めてそのまま取り
外してください。（部品の紛失に注意してください。）
・ ロック無しの場合は，図に示すパッキンのＡ部を
溝まで引き伸ばした状態で締付リングを緩め，
取り外してください。
・パネルへの取付けは，取り外しと逆の順で行い
パッキンは図の筋目の位置を目安にセットして
ご使用ください。（締付リングとパッキンは分離
しないでください。）
・ パネル前面から締付レンチ(AR9A006)により，
締付リングで固定してください。
（注）締付リングの適正締付トルクは，
1.0～1.5N・mです。

To ensure proper use of the product, be sure to read this manual and the other attached
documents carefully before starting installation, operation, maintenance, and inspection.
This manual should be given to the person who actually uses the products and is responsible
for their maintenance. Within this instruction manual, safety precaution are ranked, in order of

1. Unpacking

Make sure that the switch type, contact arrangement, and pushbutton color are exactly what
you ordered, and that the plastic components, such as pushbuttons and case, are not destroyed.

2.3 Procedure of mounting the switch on the panel

2.1 Mounting hole

2.2 Panel thickness and adjusting packings

Applicable panel thickness is 1 to 6mm forφ22 Series :
1 to 6mm forφ30 Series. Forφ22 Series, 5 pieces
of 1.3mm thick packing are included as standard
with the product : forφ30 Series, 4 pieces of
1.6mm thick packing (monoblock molding).
Please adjust the number of packings with the
thickness of the mounting panel, referring to the
following table. When lock washer or legend plate
are used, take their thickness into consideration.

2.3.1 Mounting the switch on the panel
(1)φ22 Series
・Turn the ball to remove it from the operation unit.
・When lock mechanism is used, loosen and remove the
nut as it is. (Be careful not to lose any parts removed.)
・When no lock mechanism is used, with part A (see
the figure below) of the packing stretched up the
groove, loosen and remove the nut.
・For mounting on the panel, do it in reverse order to
the above while setting the packing up to the
reference line that is shown in the figure below.
(Do not separate the nut and packing from each other.)
・Use a torque wrench AR9A006 to tighten the nut
from the front of the panel.
Note : Recommended tightening a torque is
1 to 1.5 N ・ m.
