The microwave oven should not be left unattended during operation. Power levels that are too high, or cooking times that are too long, may overheat foods resulting in a fi re.

    INSTALLATION 1. Remove all packing materials from the inside of the oven cavity and remove any protective film found on the microwave oven cabinet surface. 2. Check the oven carefully for any signs of damage. 3. Place the oven on a secure, level surface, strong enough to take the oven weight, plus the heaviest item likely to be cooked in the oven.

    MICROWAVE POWER LEVELS There are 5 microwave power levels available as listed below. The microwave power level is varied by the microwave energy switching on and off . When using power levels other than HIGH (100%) you will be able to hear the microwave energy pulsing on and off as the food cooks or defrosts. Generally the following recommendations apply: 800 WATT = HIGH - used for fast cooking or reheating 440 WATT = MEDIUM - for dense foods which require...

    DEFROSTING GUIDE This guide is designed to make defrosting specifi c foods easier. It can be used for defrosting: Chicken portions, chops, fi sh (whole or fi llets), minced meat and sausages. Example: To defrost 0.4 kg of chicken portions: 1.

    SUITABLE OVENWARE To cook/defrost food in a microwave oven, the microwave energy must be able to pass through the container to penetrate the food. Therefore it is important to choose suitable cookware. Round/oval dishes are preferable to square/oblong ones, as the food in the corners tends to overcook. A variety of cookware can be used as listed below.

Die Leistungsstufen der Mikrowelle variieren durch das Ein- und Ausschalten der Mikrowelle. Sollten Sie nied- rigere Leistungsstufen als HOCH (100%) verwenden, werden während des Gar- oder Auftau-Vorgangs ein ein- und ausschalten der Mikrowelle bemerken.

    AUFTAU-LEITFADEN Dieser Leitfaden wurde erstellt, um das Auftauen bestimmter Lebensmittel einfacher zu gestalten. Es kann zum Auftauen folgender Lebensmittel verwendet werden: Hähnchenteile, Kotletts, Fisch (ganz oder Fi- let), Hackfl eisch und Würstchen. Beispiel: Um 0,4 kg Hähnchenteile aufzutauen: 1.
