HEAT SAFETY ALARM (heat safety):
This indicates that the safety thermostat detects a temperature that is above the limit value in the pellet tank (hopper).
The thermostat immediately stops the feed of pellets into the auger. The appliance triggers an alarm.
A message is displayed on the screen and the appliance proceeds to a shutdown phase.
Solution: once the appliance is shutdown, you must:
Move the switch located on the back to "0".
Have your appliance checked by a qualified professional.
Reset the thermostat after having it checked. This is located next to the "electrical" switch. (unscrew the black
cover, press the central button, then screw the cover back on).
NO DEPRESSION ALARM (depression failure):
This indicates that the pressure switch detects an overpressure inside the flue. The pressure switch stops the feed of
pellets into the auger. The appliance triggers an alarm.
A message is displayed on the screen and the appliance proceeds to a shutdown phase.
Solution: If the overpressure is temporary, the appliance will resume normal operation as soon as the overpressure is no
longer detected. If it persists, have a professional check that the flues are not obstructed.
