Battery does not charge up all the way: Add the
charge Kit

Symptom:

Battery is not able to operate unit for more than two hours even though battery was
fully charged (charged for more than 4 hours)

Solution:

Replace Resistor R424 in the Charge Detection circuit with the Charge Bd. Mount kit
and perform the following modification procedure.

Procedure:

Set the variable resistor on the CHGA board counterclockwise, until the resistance
measured between the CHGA board's leads is at a minimum (about 10K).
Remove R424 and solder the leads of the CHGA board in its place.
