A fault has occurred but no fault code is displayed

It is possible that even though a fault code is not displayed the wall
mounted gas condensing boiler does not operate according to your
expectations. You should then check the following:
Heating system does not heat up.
▶ Check in the information menu whether a fault code is displayed and
try to remedy the fault.
▶ Check the set boiler temperature in the setup menu.
▶ Check the setting of the user interface using the operator guidance.
Is the fault still present? Then get in touch with the installer.
▶ Forward the fault code.
▶ State the appliance type and serial number. These are listed on the
right-hand side of the wall mounted gas condensing boiler.
