3 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch CardioSecur dient dazu Ruhe-Elektrokardiogramme (-EKGs) von Erwachsenen aufzuzeichnen, auszuwerten und zu speichern. CardioSecur ist ein medizinisches, elektrisches System, welches aus einem EKG-Kabel und einer App für das Smartphone besteht. Mit 4 Elektroden kann CardioSecur ein vollwertiges 15-Kanal- EKG aufzeichnen, auswerten und speichern. 4 Hinweise zur Sicherheit Beachten Sie die folgenden Warnungen und Hinweise. Bei Nichtbeachtung besteht die Gefahr von Fehlfunktionen, Beschädigungen und körperliche Verletzungen. 5 CardioSecur EKG-Kabel anschließen Schließen Sie das CardioSecur EKG-Kabel an Ihr iOS-Gerät an. CardioSecur mit Lightning-Connector kann direkt mit einem iPhone mit Lightning-Buchse (z. B. iPhone 7) verbunden werden. CardioSecur mit Micro-USB kann direkt mit einem Android Smartphone (z. B. Samsung Galaxy S7) verbunden werden. -

6 Einmalklebeelektroden Die Einmalklebeelektroden bilden den Kontakt zwischen Ihrem Köper und CardioSecur. Sie sind dabei von entscheidender Bedeutung für die ordentliche Funktion der Technologie. Die Personal MedSystems GmbH kooperiert mit spezialisierten Herstellern für Einmalklebeelektroden, um eine optimale Signalqualität erzielen zu können. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch YD43-6-W und P-00-S/xx sind als Einmalklebeelektroden für den Einsatz bei der Aufnahme von EKGs bestimmt. - Page 17 Verbinden Sie zuerst die 4 EKG- Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie der Elektrodenanschlüsse jeweils mit einer Einmalklebeelektroden und befestigen unbenutzten Einmalklebeelektrode. diese, ohne die Klebeseite zu berühren und ohne Druck auf die Mitte auszuüben. Reinigung und Desinfektion CardioSecur CardioSecur darf nur mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch gereinigt werden. In den meisten Fällen ist eine Reinigung mit Wasser und Seife ausreichend. 3 Intended Use CardioSecur is intended to record, evaluate and store resting electrocardiograms (ECG) for adults. CardioSecur is a medical electronic system, comprising an ECG cable and an app for a smartphone. CardioSecur can record, evaluate and store a complete 15-lead ECG using 4 electrodes. 6 Disposable Electrodes Disposable electrodes are the link between your body and CardioSecur. They are of critical importance for the technology’s proper function. 3 Uso conforme CardioSecur sirve para registrar, evaluar y almacenar electrocardiogramas (ECG) en reposo de adultos. CardioSecur es un sistema electromédico compuesto por un cable ECG y una aplicación para el smartphone. 3 Reglementair gebruik CardioSecur dient voor het registreren, evalueren en opslaan van rust-elektrocardiogrammen (ecg’s) van volwassenen. CardioSecur is een medisch, elektrisch systeem, dat uit een ecg-kabel en een app voor smartphone bestaat. Met 4 elektroden kan CardioSecur een volwaardig 15-kanaals-ecg registreren, evalueren en opslaan. 4 Veiligheidsaanwijzingen Let op de volgende waarschuwingen en aanwijzingen. Bij niet-inachtneming bestaat gevaar voor verkeerde werking, beschadigingen en verwondingen. Waarschuwing: Gebruik CardioSecur uitsluitend op reglementaire wijze overeenkomstig hoofdstuk 3, Reglementair gebruik. Waarschuwing: CardioSecur bevat persoonlijke gegevens en mag alleen worden gebruikt door de persoon, wiens persoonlijk referentie-ecg werd opgeslagen. - Page 141 Waarschuwing: CardioSecur is bedoeld voor het vaststellen van nieuwe doorbloedingsstoornissen van het hart alsook hartritmestoornissen. Het apparaat is niet voorzien voor de permanente controle van de ecg-curve, maar observeert uw hartactiviteit slechts gedurende een korte periode. Waarschuwing: Een arts kan uw ecg-meting en de daarmee verband houdende opmerkingen alleen ontvangen, als u via de CardioSecur databank actief met hem bent verbonden.

Personal MedSystems werkt samen met gespecialiseerde fabrikanten van wegwerpkleefelektroden om een optimale signaalkwaliteit te kunnen realiseren.
