SET- UP AND OPERATION

Your Duro Dyne Mini Sprayfast is shipped completely assembled and ready to use.
Place the pickup tube in the pail of Duro Dyne WIT or WSA Water-based adhesive.
NOTE: DO NOT USE THE MINI SPRAYFAST WITH SOLVENT BASED ADHESIVE. DOING SO WILL RENDER THE
UNIT INOPERABLE AND UNREPAIRABLE.
Adjust both regulators of your Mini Sprayfast to 70 PSI. The pump will start cycling and then stop when fully
primed. Pull the trigger on the spray gun to dispense the adhesive. The Mini Sprayfast pump should cycle pe-
riodically to maintain pressure. Excessive cycling indicates too little available air. Check for restrictions in your
air supply or compressor capacity.
The Spray Gun manufacturer's operation manual is included for proper adjustment, operation and maintenance
of the spray gun.

CLEAN UP

At the end of the day or prior to an extended period of non use – Place the pickup tube in a bucket of warm
water and spray through the unit for a minimum of one minute to glush out the unit.
