Battery charger indicates that the charging battery is "too cold"
(solid red LED) when the battery is at room temperature.

Drilling lights come on, powerhead will not turn, all (3) battery
LEDs indicate a full charge. Unit WILL run with a different battery.

on it, and turns normally with full power until it stops cutting
ice. Hole count is significantly reduced from normal operation.

REMEDY/ACTION
