7. Pull the remaining wires off the plug.
Releasing the plug
1. Insert the plug into the socket and push the spring down to unlock the plug and release it from the socket again.
2. If there is not enough room, release the plug using a screwdriver (3 mm wide blade).
3. Do not pull on the plug when releasing it.
Replacing the knife cassettes of the stripping tool
Note
Replace the knife cassette if the cut is not clean or after stripping approximately
1500 operations on cables with PVC outer jackets

Note
The insulation piercing contacts of the IE FC RJ45 4x2 CAT 6
recontacted up to ten times with the same cable cross-section.
Cable ends that have had a connector fitted, must not be used twice but must be cut
off before fitting a new connector.
