After pulling out and inserting the device again, the data on the BWC is synchronized to the DDS.

Register BWC Online
When a BWC is online, user can register it to the DDSMMS and it will synchronize data of BWC to the DDS
automatically.

Open DDSMMS server IP in browser and login.
