Our washer dryer isn’t spinning, I’ve cleaned the drain filter and it turns on but isn’t spinning

The Haden HWI1480 washer may not be spinning after cleaning the drain filter due to the following reasons:

1. Door Not Closed Properly – Ensure the door is tightly shut, as the machine’s safety features prevent operation if the door is not secured.
2. Power Issue – Check that the mains plug is fully inserted and the 'On/Off' button has been pressed.
3. Water Drainage Problem – If water remains inside, check that the drain hose is not blocked and restart the machine after closing the door.
4. Transport Bolts Not Removed – If recently installed or moved, verify that transport bolts have been removed to allow proper drum movement.
5. Unbalanced Load – An unbalanced load can prevent spinning. Try redistributing the clothes inside the drum.

If the issue persists, contacting the service center is recommended.
