    The minimum recommended size of tractor for operating the machine comfortably depends mainly on the forage being cut. On flat ground McHale recommends a tractor size of approximately 80 kW. On hilly ground or difficult conditions, an additional 10 to 15 kW is advisable.

Ensure the correct RH blade (CKN00036) or LH blade (CKN00037) is used to suit direction of rotation, for each cutting disc.

    McHale Pro Glide F3100 Front Disc Mower 6.3 Leg stands The leg stands are to be used every time the machine is disconnected from the tractor. Before disconnecting from the tractor, lower both leg stands by relocating pins as shown.

When the frame is level vertically then Z = 5°. Increasing dimension (X) increases the slope or angle (Z) of the cutting discs, which lowers the cutting height (Y) and vice versa.
