- Page 2 Installing Vaddio Ceiling-Mounted Speakers Tools You Will Need To install the speaker, you will need: Hole saw for the appropriate type of ceiling #2 Phillips screwdriver Wire cutters Tape measure Ladder or lift Appropriate personal protective equipment We recommend Chief’s “Speed Connect Hardware Kit,” part number CMSHDW, to suspend the included tile brace with safety wires.
