- Page 5 USES The appliance is already arranged both for filtering and for suction performances. In its filtering version (Fig.1), the air and fumes conveyed by the appliance are cleaned both by a grease filter and by an active coal filter, and put again into circulation through the side- grids of the chimney. In its sucking version (Fig.2), fumes are directly conveyed outside, through an evacuation duct connected with the superior part of the wall or the ceiling. Both coal filter and air deflector are not necessary in this case.

INSTALLATION The manufacturer will not accept any liability for damages occurred during the appliance handling/transport and in- stallation operations. Carefully read the following installation instructions , before installing the appliance. Check that all the components are not damaged. In case of damages, please contact your retailer and do not carry out installation. - Page 7 Carry out the electrical connection, by using the appropriate power cord. SLTC93 MATERA: The product works even if the panel is closed. We anyway suggest to open it as shown in (pic. 9) if high speeds are set. To open the panel, please grab it with one hand on each side. An accurate maintenance guarantees good functioning and long-lasting performance. Particular care is due to the grease filter panel. HOW TO REMOVE THE GREASE FILTER AND THE CHARCOAL FILTER SLTC93 MATERA - SLTC94 BARI After opening the front panel, as shown in the installation section, remove the grease filter by acting on its handle. - Page 13 VERSION DE L’APPAREIL L’appareil peut être utilisé en version recyclage ou aspirante (évacuation extérieure). Dans la version recyclage (Fig. 1) l’air et les vapeurs aspirés par l’appareil sont épurés par une grille anti-graisse et par un panneau en fibre de charbon actif, puis sont remis en circulation dans la pièce. Dans la version aspirante (Fig. 2) les vapeurs sont aspirées directement à l’extérieur par un tuyau d’évacuation. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire d’utiliser le filtre à charbon actif.

DÉMONTAGE DU FILTRE À GRAISSE ET DU FILTRE À CHARBON ACTIF SLTC93 MATERA - SLTC94 BARI Après avoir ouvert le panneau antérieur, comme indiqué dans la section « Installation », retirer le filtre à graisse par sa poignée. Installer le filtre à charbon comme indiqué dans la fig., 17, en plaçant le filtre à charbon actif dans son logement qui se trouve directement derrière le filtre à graisse.
