Features

Memory Stick Autorun (hereafter referred to as MS Autorun) is an add-
on application which allows the Memory Stick media to copy and start a
specified application automatically when Memory Stick media is
inserted into the CLIE handheld. Removing the Memory Stick media
automatically deletes the application copy from the memory of the CLIE
handheld. MS Autorun functions as virtual memory to effectively utilize
the memory of the CLIE handheld.
The available auto-run settings are :
Starting an application on the CLIE handheld automatically (page 7)
The auto-run setting automatically starts the PictureGear Pocket on the
CLIE handheld to display the image taken by a digital still camera by
inserting the "Memory Stick" media with them into the CLIE handheld.
In addition, inserting the MG memory Stick media with music data
automatically starts Audio Player.
Starting an application in Memory Stick media automatically (page 8)
The auto-run setting automatically starts gMovie in the Memory Stick
media to easily playback the motion picture by inserting the Memory
Stick media into the CLIE handheld with gMovie application and movie
data.
Starting an application/associated database files in Memory Stick
media automatically (page 10)
The setting starts the application recorded in the Memory Stick media,
but not corresponded to it, to use the associated data files (.prc or .pdb)
in the Memory Stick media.
Specifying data files in Memory Stick media to start automatically
the application in the CLIE handheld (page 13)*
With the application in the CLIE handheld specified, corresponding with
the specific database file in the Memory Stick media, only inserting the
Memory Stick media automatically displays the specific database file.
The setting is available when the application is located in the CLIE
handheld.
