malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a quali-
fied person.
 Never leave the unit unsupervised when in use. Keep it out of reach of children
or persons in need of supervision.
 Only use the air caulking gun according to this instruction manual and for the
intended use. The unit has not been designed for continuous, professional
use.
 For your own safety it is not recommended to use a permanent connection
between the air caulking gun and the air hose, but use the supplied quick
coupling adaptor instead.
 Always control the working air pressure with a pressure regulator.
 Do not leave packaging materials in the range of children, they may become
dangerous toys.
 Make sure that all parts are firmly assembled before you use the caulking gun.
 Avoid strong mechanical stresses.
 Only use original parts and no extensions or other auxiliary means.
 Avoid overpressure on the lubrication point. Over pressure can damage the
grease nipple, the bearing or the unit itself.
 Do not open the air caulking gun under pressure.
 Do not bend, twist or stretch high pressure hoses.
 Do not use oxygen or flammable gases as power source. Only use clean, dry
air at 4 – 6 bar with the air caulking gun. Exceeding the max. permitted pres-
sure level of 6.2 bar will significantly reduce the lifetime of the tool.
 Disconnect the tool from the air supply when not in use, before applying
maintenance work or before filling it.
 During operation the whole setup has to be checked for abrasion, cracks and
for other damages.
 Do not operate the unit if it does not work correctly or has been dropped. Do
not disassemble the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. In case of ques-
tions or problems please contact our customer support.
